Okay, so maybe the WORLD'S best mascara is Lancome Imincils (pardon my French), but the real-world close second is Maybelline's Great Lash Mascara. (Even a Lancome rep told me that once!) Packaged in the garish and distinctive pink and green tube, it's applied differently than most mascaras in that you should NOT let it dry between coats... just keep piling it on until you get the look you want.
Not waterproof, so no good for weddings or sad movies. But it washes off easily with soap and water.
Great Lash mascara... ugly tube, beautiful lashes!

fingernail magic--Nailtiques Formula 2
This stuff is a miracle for fingernails. I have paper-thin nails that were in terrible shape after years of wearing fake nails, but after 2-3 months of faithfully using Nailtiques Formula #2, I was able to grow them out to a nice length. Read all the gory details on my epinions review.
You have to brush the stuff on every day, and it ain't cheap. ($18 for the large bottle.) But, boy, does it work!
PS. Tried the Sally Hansen cheaper version--not so great.

The world's cheapest lipcolor looks great too!
I've tried expensive lipstick and drugstore lipstick, but I keep going back to Wet n' Wild #712 lip pencil ($1.99 in drugstores).. it's kind of a natural tawny rose... line lips and blend in toward the center, then add gloss with my tube of Carmex. Beeyootiful if I do say so myself!
There is that distinctive Carmex smell, though, so when this tube runs out I'll switch to Vaseline. Carmex smells about as sexy as Vicks Vaporub.
